Situation and outside spaces
This charming village house is located within walking distance of all amenities in Canillas de Albaida with parking available nearby.  An easy to drive to the house for loading and unloading.

A south facing roof terrace offers a wonderful space to enjoy the warm sunny weather and the stunning sea and countryside and white village views.

Living space
Sympathetically restored, this gorgeous village house has been finished to a high standard in an attractive rustic style which includes beamed ceilings, terracotta floor tiles and other lovely features.

The main entrance to the house is from the street and into the large kitchen/dining area on the ground floor.
