Situation and Outside space

The villa is just a two-minute drive from the white village of Árchez, where you will find bars, restaurants, shops and local amenities. The coast is approximately a 25-minute drive away.

You come in through electric gates onto a private driveway, with a carport for two cars. A covered entrance (3m x 2.5m) welcomes you to the house.

The pool area is the heart of the outdoor space. The 6m x 3m pool is surrounded by terracotta paving with space for sun loungers.
Beside it is a pergola-covered seating area (4m x 3.5m), a shady spot for relaxing or dining outdoors, with an outdoor shower close by.

The plot is landscaped with olive trees and mature planting, with the mountains rising behind. The whole plot is fenced, so it is secure and well suited to children and pets.
