Situation and Outside space
Located in a delightful, tranquil area 5 minutes from Competa, the excellent access to the property is by way of a short, unmade road which leads directly to the concrete parking area outside the house and the gated entrance.

The secluded, terraced pool area has the most wonderful views of the mountains, the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean Sea. There is ample space for relaxing in the sunshine or for entertaining and there is also a barbeque and an outside shower.

Steps from the pool area lead down to a gravelled seating area. The land extends to 3,100m² (approx) and has many mature plants and trees including olive and fig trees. The lovely garden areas have been beautifully maintained and there is an irrigation system in place.

The property has plenty of parking space and a useful storage room (2.5m x 1.8m) to the side of the house which has plumbing for a washing machine.

Living space
The main entrance is into a large entrance hall (3.0m x 2.0m) where one immediately begins to soak up the atmosphere of this wonderful house. The high, sloping beamed ceilings are a real feature throughout the property and add to the rustic charm of the house.

The accommodation is arranged over three floors. From the entrance hall there is an archway and two steps to the left up into the dining area which has a log burning stove.

A step down from the dining area is the lovely, light kitchen which is fully fitted with wooden units and granite worktops.
