Situation and Outside space
The villa is located close to the village of Competa with good access along a mainly concrete roadway. Access to the property itself is through a gated entrance and up a concrete driveway.

At the top of the driveway is the conveniently located garage and to the front of the villa, an attractive terrace/seating area. A further terrace area is located to the side of the garage. The covered porch outside the front door has distinctive brick pillars . The entire property is fenced making it perfect for dog owners.
