The private roof terrace 3.7m x 3.2m is fitted with a retractable awning for when shade is needed.  In addition there is an internal patio access from the living/dining room.  

Living space
The property is accessed from street level where a shared covered porch (3.2m x 1.8m) leads to the main entrance. From here a lobby (3.0m x 1.6m) and a couple of steps give access to a bright living/dining room with corner fireplace fitted with a gas log effect stove.
