Situation

The villa is situated just outside and above Algarrobo village and enjoys commanding views over the coast to the Mediterranean and also lovely mountain views. Access is easy along tarmac and concrete roads and it only takes a couple of minutes to drive into the village or down to the coast. It is a quiet and private spot with no neighbours close by or overlooking the property.

Outside space

Gates open into the drive which splits into two, one leading to a parking area by the main part of the house and the other leading down to the garage.

The gardens that surround this property are a real delight. Extending over a huge area, they have been terraced and provided with a network of paths so that you can easily meander around the land and appreciate the wealth of planting that makes this such a special spot. There are literally hundreds of well established trees and shrubs including a range of fruit trees, bougainvilleas, palms, cacti, succulents of every kind and many more.
