We know how hard it is to deal with the practicalities of setting up a new home in a foreign country where everything seems to be done differently from the systems we are used to. If you have bought a holiday home then you may not be here in Spain for much of the time and you will need a reliable source of advice and practical help. It's nothing out of the ordinary for us to deal with calls about where to shop for light fittings, how to change a gas bottle or where to find a reliable plumber – sometimes weeks or months after one of our clients has bought a property. After all, you will be our neighbour for some time to come and we want you to be happy here and to feel that we have done our best to smooth the way for you.
Our after-sales service includes amongst many other things:
- Assistance with the process of transferring utilities
such as water, electricity and council rates
- Arranging for the connection of a telephone to your new home where possible
- Arranging ADSL (broadband) internet connections where possible
- Assistance when opening and operating a bank account
- Assistance with the transfer of your gas contract or help with arranging a new one

- Help in finding reliable builders and tradesmen
