Situation and Outside space
Located deep in the countryside near the villages of Sedella and Arenas, access to this property is via a 1.2 km concrete and 3.6 km unmade road which leads to the unmade driveway and parking area and double garage to the rear of the house.

The land slopes to the front and both sides of the property where there are a number of well established olive trees and other mature trees and shrubs. 

The spectacular far reaching open views of the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed from all around the property.

To the front of the house a good sized terrace (7.0m x 5.0m) has a retractable sun blind and to one side of the property the large pool has a generous sized sun terrace.

Living space
