Situation and Outside space
The property has good road access and is within easy reach of Moclinejo and the motorway. Only 15 minutes to the beach and 30 to the airport with good transport conec tion. A short stretch of concrete track leads directly to the property where there is off-road parking.  Approximately equal distance between 2 villages, Moclinejo and El Valdes you can either drive (5 mins) or walk (40 mins) to either.
