Located just a 5 minute drive from the white mountain villages of Canillas de Albaida, Archez and Competa. This house has been lovingly designed and created by the present owners. The South American hacienda style works very well with the rustic charm of the original Spanish country house and being set in a mature olive grove just adds to the idyllic feel to this property.  

Deep covered terraces have been added to 3 sides of the house, giving wonderful shade in the hot summer months and offers inside/outside spaces to sit and socialise.  The house has feature green and white pot guttering which adds to the authentic feel to the property.

The centre courtyard area has been planted with dwarf hedges to create a quadrangle with a water feature at its centre.  There is a large open terrace by the BBQ for entertaining and eating alfresco.

Gentle, easy steps lead to the pool area.  Surrounded by fencing and mature plants, this is a very private space.  Ample room for sun beds, table and chairs and even a large daybed, perfect for long relaxing days.   The pool is unusually large for this area, measuring 10m x 5m. 

The terraces around the house are walled and gated. 

A driveway gives access to the main gates that lead to the house, here you can park a car.  There is additional parking for more cars on the lower driveway where there is access to the large storeroom under the swimming pool terrace.
