Situation and Outside space
Situated in a beautiful tranquil location near the villages of Canillas de Albaida and Archez, access to the property is from the main road via a very short stretch of unmade road to the gated entrance and gravelled driveway and parking area.

The countryside views from the property are stunning and include mountains and olive groves as well as the villages of Canillas de Albaida and Competa.
 
A rustic wooden fence to the front of the property is lined with cypress trees and other mature plants and the entire villa is tiled and gravelled all around.  The whole of the outside area has been well maintained.

The private pool area is to one side of the villa.  The kidney shaped pool is terraced all round with natural stone and terracotta tiles and there is an outside shower.

Living space
The main entrance to the villa is via a covered porch area (3m x 3m) and into the spacious living/dining area.
