Situation and outside space
The property is accessed via a concrete road from the coast with just the last 200 meters unmade track.

Gates lead to a pressed concrete driveway with direct access to the parking area that has space for up to 6 cars.

The areas around the property are tiled with gravel garden areas planted with pine trees.

The pool area is extensive with plenty of space for sun loungers, table and chairs, there is also a built-in barbeque area.
