Situation and Outside space
Situated in a peaceful countryside location close to the village of Competa, access to this house is via a concrete road and then a short private driveway which leads directly to the pressed concrete driveway and double garage.
The driveway offers plenty of room for parking and it is bordered by attractive natural stone walls and a pretty rose garden.
The gated entrance to the property is adjacent to the driveway and steps lead up to a fabulous and very private terrace (10.0m x 8.5m) which is tiled and edged with brick pillars and metal railings.

The magnificent uninterrupted views from all three terraces take in the mountains, the picturesque countryside and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance beyond Nerja.
Living space
The main entrance to the house is from the covered terrace and into the open plan living and kitchen area which has a sloping beamed ceiling.
The well equipped fitted kitchen is to one end of this room and it has an attractive wooden breakfast bar.
The living area has a log burning stove and air conditioning.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a good sized shower room (2.0m x 1.1m) which has a large shower and a heated towel rail.
The dining room, with sloping beamed ceiling, adjoins the living area and, although the current owners use this room for formal dining, it could equally well be used as an office or study or as a fourth bedroom.
Next door to the dining room and also accessed from the living area is a double bedroom (3.6m x 2.9m) which has a sloping beamed ceiling and an electric radiator.
From the living area there is access to the following accommodation:
