Situation and Outside space
Situated close to both the village of Competa and the National Park, the easy access to this property is via a mostly concrete road which leads to the gravelled driveway and parking area.

To the left of the driveway is the superb pool area which is tiled all round, edged with low brick walls and balustrade fencing and has an outside shower. 

The stunning views from the pool area are across the village to the mountains and countryside beyond and down to the Mediterranean Sea.

There are two terraces (3.5m x 3.0m) and (3.0m x 2.5m) either side of the sun room and a tiled and gravelled area to one side of the villa.

Living space
The main entrance to the villa is from the parking area via the first terrace and into the sun room. 

This is a great year round living space which can be used for dining or for relaxing and enjoying the fabulous views.  A door gives access to the second terrace and to the tiled and gravelled area located to one side of the villa.

From the sun room, there is access into the spacious L-shaped living area which has a beamed ceiling and log burning stove.

The good sized fitted kitchen is adjacent to the living area.
