Situated close to the village of Competa right next to the National Park, access to this property is via a mostly concrete road which leads to the gated entrance, unmade driveway and ample gravelled parking area and garage.

To one side of the villa and accessed via the sun room is a part covered terrace (4.0m x 3.5m) which leads through to a further covered terrace (5.0m x 3.5m).

From here, steps lead up to the pool area and sun terrace from which there are fabulous far reaching views of the National Park, the stunning scenery and the Mediterranean Sea.

Living space
The main entrance to the villa is from the parking area and into the sun room. 

This is a great year round living space which can be used for dining or for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful views.  Sliding glass doors allow access to the terrace areas located to the side of the villa.
