Situation and Outside space
Situated close to the village of Competa on the edge of the National Park, access to this property is via a mostly concrete road which leads to the driveway and substantial gravelled parking area and garage.
There is also further parking available below the main parking area and this can be accessed directly from the road.
The parking area is bounded by natural stone walls and pretty raised plant beds. From here, a door leads to the walled terrace which wraps itself around three sides of the villa.
The terrace area to the side of the villa has a barbeque and from this terrace, steps lead to the completely private pool area.
The pool area is tiled all round and edged with stone walls and balustrades. An outside shower completes the picture.
From the pool area, there is access to the mature gardens and to the garage and a useful storage room (1.9m x 1.4m).
The incredible panoramic views from the terraces and the pool area take in the stunning National Park as well as the mountains, the beautiful countryside and the Mediterranean Sea and coastline.
Living space
The main entrance to the villa is into the bright and airy sun room which can be used as a dining area or for simply relaxing and enjoying the wonderful views that this property affords.
This property benefits from gas central heating and it has attractive sloping beamed ceilings throughout and plenty of storage space in the bedrooms.
From the sun room, there is a step up into the large L-shaped living/dining area which has a log burning stove.
The fitted kitchen is ideally situated adjacent to the dining area.
