Situation and Outside space
Situated close to the village of Competa, access to this property is via a part concrete part unmade road which leads to the gated entrance, concrete driveway, parking area and garage and adjacent utility/storage room (3.7m x 2.6m).

A tiled pathway with attractive raised flower beds full of mature plants and trees leads from the garage to the pool area and the villa.

The pool area is very private and is tiled all round with an outside shower. A couple of steps lead down to a secluded sun terrace (6.0m x 5.0m) from which the spectacular open views can be enjoyed.

A large terrace/seating area to one side of the villa has a jacuzzi, access to a mature garden area and to the guest accommodation. This area is a fabulous vantage point from which to soak up the stunning views of the mountains, the beautiful countryside and Mediterranean coastline.

Living space
The main entrance to the villa is into the superb sun room. This is a wonderful, versatile space which can be used as a dining area or for relaxing and enjoying the glorious scenery. A door from the sun room leads out to the terrace/seating area.

From the sun room there is access into the main living area.

The property has a lovely rustic feel with sloping beamed ceilings and terracotta floor tiles throughout but the decor is in need of some attention.

The large L-shaped living room has a log burning stove and access into the fully fitted kitchen.
