Situation and Outside space
This villa is situated in the peaceful countryside near the village of Competa and access is from the main road via a short stretch of mostly unmade road which leads to the gated entrance, gravelled parking area and car port.
Outside the front door to the villa there is a covered terrace/seating area (2.6m x 2.2m) and the property is surrounded by stone walls, balustrade fencing and attractive raised flower beds.
The pool area is south facing and is located to one end of the villa. It is tiled all round and edged by balustrade fencing, gates and mature colourful plants making it an ideal safe haven for children.
The sun terrace extends to one side of the pool and includes an outside shower and outside kitchen and barbeque area as well as a number of lovely mature plants.
