Situated in a tranquil location near Competa, access to the villa is from the Torrox/Competa road via a short unmade road which leads to the concrete driveway and gravelled parking area.

To the front of the property there is a great sun terrace (4.0m x 4.0m) from which the stunning views down to the sea can be fully appreciated.
