Situation and Outside space
Located in a peaceful rural setting near Competa, access to the villa is via a 2 km part unmade part concrete road which leads to the gated entrance, concrete driveway and gravelled parking area.

The villa is surrounded by well maintained gardens with many mature plants and trees and attractive raised flower beds.

The stunning pool area is walled, tiled and gravelled all around with tiled pathways which meander through the raised flower beds.

To one end of the pool area, a gorgeous rustic pagoda provides a superb vantage point from which to soak up the spectacular views which take in the countryside, mountains and Mediterranean Sea.

Directly outside the main entrance to the villa there is a terrace/seating area (10.0m x 3.0m) with a wooden pergola and to the other side of the villa, there is a large, shaded terrace/seating area (9.0m x 6.0m) which overlooks the pool area – the perfect place for al fresco dining and entertaining.

Living space
This villa has been finished and maintained to a high standard in a gorgeous rustic style with sloping beamed ceilings, terracotta floor tiles and lovely wooden doors throughout.

The main entrance to the villa is via the terrace/seating area and into the comfortable living area which has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a log burning stove.

From the living area, the kitchen is accessed by way of an archway.

The well equipped, fully fitted kitchen has wooden units and attractive granite worktops and splash backs. The glorious views from the kitchen window mean washing up is no longer a chore!

A door from the kitchen leads out to the shaded terrace/seating area and the pool area beyond.

From the living area, there is access to a hallway and the remaining accommodation:
