Living space
This villa has been finished and maintained to a high standard in a gorgeous rustic style with sloping beamed ceilings, beautiful brickwork, light coloured terracotta floor tiles and lovely wooden doors throughout. The property also benefits from central heating making it perfect for year round living.
The main entrance to the villa is via the covered terrace/seating area, through a small hallway and then into the dining area which has patio doors leading out to the pool area.
The dining area is separated from the kitchen and the living area by superb wide brick archways. The open plan layout of the living/dining area and kitchen give the villa a wonderfully spacious feel.

The cosy living area has a log burning stove and access to a double bedroom (3.7m x 3.0m) which has fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and useful overhead storage space.
From the dining area, a brick archway gives access to another hallway and the remaining accommodation:
- Master bedroom (3.6m x 3.4m) with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, a study/office area (1.8m x 1.6m) and;
- En suite shower room (1.8m x 1.7m) with heated towel rail.
- Good sized bathroom (3.7m x 1.6m) which has a bath with a shower over.
The current owners also use the study/office area in the master bedroom as an occasional third bedroom and it could equally well be utilised as a walk-in wardrobe. |
