Situation
The villa is situated just over 5 minutes drive from Competa and only about 15 minutes from Torrox and the coast. There is a very short section of unmade road then a concrete drive leading up to the house.

Its elevated position means that there are uninterrupted views down the valley to the Mediterranean .

Outside space
At the top of the drive is a newly constructed paved parking area finished in natural stone. This leads around to the very attractive stone built garage at the side of the house. This building includes a separate store for the gas bottles for the central heating system.
