Situation and Outside space
Situated in beautiful countryside near Competa, access to the villa is from the main road via a short stretch of unmade road which leads directly to the gated entrance and gravelled parking area.

To the front of the villa there is a covered terrace/seating area directly outside the front door. To one side of this terrace there is a further shaded seating area courtesy of a mature grapevine which tumbles over an attractive pergola.

The pool is located up a few steps in front of the terrace area. The larger than average pool is tiled all around and to the side of the pool there is a gravelled area with a number of mature plants.

The far reaching views from this property are stunning and take in the mountains, the beautiful surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Living space
The main entrance to the villa is via the covered terrace/seating area and into the spacious living area.

The living area has a log burning stove and satellite television. From here an archway leads to a hallway and the following accommodation:

• Double bedroom (3.4m x 3.3m) with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
• Beautifully tiled shower room (2.4m x 2.0m).
• Further double bedroom (3.5m x 3.3m) also with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

From the living area a second archway leads to another hallway and into the dining area.

This is a lovely big room and although the current owners use this as a dining area, it could easily be used as a third double bedroom.

From the dining area, an archway gives access to the large fitted kitchen which is separated from the living area by an archway giving the living and kitchen areas a lovely open plan feel.
