Situation and Outside space
Situated in glorious countryside near Competa, access to the villa is via a 1.5 km unmade road which leads directly to the gated entrance and substantial gravelled parking area which is fenced and surrounded by a selection of mature plants and trees and raised flower beds.

The pool area to the front of the villa is terraced all around and bordered by decorative brick pillars and metal fencing. The views from the pool area are spectacular and an outside shower and outside kitchen area complete the picture.

There are a variety of seating areas to choose from and to the front of the villa a superb covered terrace overlooks the pool and the fabulous views beyond.
