Situation and Outside space
This villa is located a few minutes’ drive from Competa and access is directly from the main road through the gated entrance to the parking area.
The property is surrounded by terracing with many beautiful raised flower beds and lots of mature plants.
To the front of the villa there is access up to the roof terrace from which the spectacular views can be fully appreciated.
The main terrace area is to the rear of the villa and is separated from both the parking area and the pool area by attractive brick-built arches.
This extensive terrace has a superb seating area and outside kitchen – the perfect place for al fresco dining and entertaining whilst enjoying the breathtaking views which take in the villages of Competa and Canillas de Albaida, the mountains and surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean Sea.
The pool area is tiled all round and has an outside shower and cloakroom/wc.
Living space
The main entrance to the villa is through the sun room (5.3m x 2.2m) and into the fabulous fully fitted kitchen which has plenty of attractive units and a fabulous range cooker. The kitchen is of such a good size that the current owners have a useful study area at one end of the room.
From the kitchen, an archway and a couple of steps up lead into the dining and living area. This is a really wide, light and airy room with a tremendous feeling of space.
