Situation and Outside space
Situated in a peaceful, secluded location near Competa, access to the villa is via a 0.2 km unmade road and then a tree lined concrete driveway which sweeps up to the gravelled parking area.

The villa is nestled into the hillside and surrounded by the most beautiful mature planting which includes lemon, lime, orange, nectarine, nispero, olive and almond trees as well as other plants and shrubs.

T here are a number of seating areas dotted around the fully accessible garden which offer great vantage points from which to fully appreciate the spectacular views which take in the mountains, the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean Sea.

To the front of the villa are two terrace/seating areas, one of which is shaded by a planted pergola, and there is a further shaded terrace/seating area adjacent to the pool area. The property has loads of space for al fresco dining and entertaining or for just relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

The attractive pool area is edged with raised flower beds and there is also a barbeque. The lovely above ground pool has been beautifully maintained and is a real feature. However there is ample space for a below ground pool should one be desired.

To the rear of the villa is a useful brick built storage room (2.6m x 2.0m).

The main entrance to the villa is through the fabulous sun room (5.4m x 2.4m). This lovely, bright room is glazed all around with patio doors which lead out to one of the terrace/seating areas. A fantastic year round living space.
