Situated in tranquil, picturesque location just a short drive from Competa, access to the property is by way of a 1.1 km unmade road in good condition which leads directly to the parking area beside the house. Steps lead down to the pool area.

The superb pool area is terraced all round and has an outside shower and a metal gazebo which provides a shaded seating place right next to the pool. Steps lead down to the large pump/storage room beneath the pool.

Adjoining the pool area is a further terrace/seating area from which the magnificent, far reaching views can be enjoyed. Steps lead down to the bodega/storage room (2.8m x 2.1m) which has plumbing for a washing machine.

The land has many mature plants and trees including olive, fig, eucalyptus, almond and pine.

Living space
The main entrance is into the fabulous open plan dining/living/kitchen area. It is here that one immediately begins to take in the rustic charm of this lovely house and the sloping beamed ceilings in the dining and living areas are a real feature.
