Situation
As you drive out of Competa toward Torrox you find the villa on the left hand side. You can drive on down to the coast from here in about 20 minutes.

The house looks down the valley to the Mediterranean which you can see between the hills in three different places. The land on either side and ahead of the property is covered in pine trees and olives making this a lovely green and tranquil setting.

Outside space
Gates from the road lead to two concreted parking areas. Then through a low wall and gate is the very attractive terrace to the side and front of the house. There are beds of flowers and shrubs and also trees, including a palm, olives and eucalyptus.

In front of the house is a dining area and the hot tub with a shower. This is a very pretty and private area for relaxing in sun or shade.

On the first floor there are two rooms with sliding doors to a terrace (25m² approx) which makes the best of the views.
