On the ground floor level is a door into what would originally have been the mule house. This 18m² space is divided into three interconnecting areas. The floor has been tiled and electricity is connected. Currently used for storage, so it would be possible to convert this space into a guest suite, a workshop or whatever best meets your needs.

There are steps up to a small terrace area and to the main front door which opens into the living room. The owner tells us that there is an old fireplace concealed behind one of the walls which could be opened up. On this level is a small fitted kitchen with a space under the stairs for a fridge and for storage.
