| Immediately you enter, you can feel how cool and airy the house is. It is a traditionally built house with thick outer walls. These act as insulation keeping the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. From the street you enter into a living room.
Steps then lead up to a kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fitted and is quite serviceable. A few more steps lead up to the master bedroom and an internal patio area, which could be made into a haven for many beautiful Spanish plants and flowers. This area leads to a bathroom and a room, which could be coverted into a 3rd bedroom. From the master bedroom stairs take you to the second bedroom. Here you will find a small room which could either be converted into a dressing room or, if the dividing wall between the two rooms is demolished, will open up the bedroom into a much larger room. An en-suit bathroom leads off this bedroom.
The roof terrace is of a reasonable size and could easily be partially covered giving not only shade, but privacy as well. |
