Situation and Outside space
Situated in peaceful, picturesque location just a short drive from Competa, access to the property is by way of a 1.5 km unmade road which leads directly to the gravelled parking area beside the house. The property consists of four separate dwellings and each has its own parking area.
The magnificent grounds surrounding the property enhance the privacy of this beautiful setting and there is an abundance of mature, established planting which includes cypress, false pepper, mimosa, eucalyptus, olive, fig and palm trees as well as bougainvillea which tumbles over the walls and pergolas to be found throughout the grounds.

Living space
The property comprises four separate dwellings all of which are brimming with character including rambling layouts, thick walls, sloping, beamed ceilings and lots of original features.
Farmhouse one
Used by the current owner as her own residence, the main entrance is via a shaded terrace/seating area and through patio doors into the dining area (3.3m x 3.1m).
The rustic style kitchen (3.8m x 3.1m) is adjacent to the dining area and patio doors lead from the kitchen out to another terrace/seating area.
