Situation
This hotel complex is situated in a prime location and the road to it is the first and only turning off the main road just as the village of Competa comes into full view. The hotel lies at the end of a concrete road only a two minute drive from the village.

Facilities

Restaurant and Bar
The main entrance hall leads to the restaurant which is completely set up and ready to go including new table dressings, glassware, crockery and cutlery. The dining area is glazed on two sides with access to a terrace.

There is an arched wall that opens onto a further dining area which could be cleared and used for any number of activities. A corner of the restaurant is set aside for relaxation with leather sofas and there is also a large fully equipped bar.

Pool and Sauna
The indoor pool area is 185 m² approx. It is air conditioned and includes a sauna, toilet and shower. The pool is heated by solar panels that also provide hot water for the shower. The walls are stone clad and there is an indoor garden at one end of the pool and space for relaxing out of the sun at the other. There is also access to the outside terrace.

Outside Space
The gravelled car park is below the hotel and here there is mature planting, an irrigation system and a large pump/storage room.

The property has mature, well maintained gardens and extensive outdoor terracing. The outside terraces are divided into a ‘wet’ area with room for plenty of sun beds and a ‘dry’ area which could be used for dining, relaxation or barbeques.

Kitchen
The entrance to the kitchen is situated to the side of the bar. The kitchen has a full range of stainless steel industrial equipment, a new wood burning grill and oven, gas hob and oven, deep fat fryer, chilling cabinets and freezers, a huge double sink and loads of pots and pans.

Other Facilities
There are toilet facilities for men and women which have been upgraded to comply with disabled access legislation.

The private quarter includes shelved storage areas, a walk-in cold room and a laundry room.

From the bar there is access to a good sized office with reception hatch, large safe and internal telephone system.

The complex has gas central heating in all areas and air conditioning in the public areas.

Accommodation
The bedrooms are accessed separately and are located above the bar/restaurant area.

There are six bedrooms off a central corridor. All of the bedrooms have en suite facilities, some with twin beds and some with room for three or four beds. All of the bed clothes are new, the bedroom furniture is pine and the three larger rooms have sofas.

Five of the rooms have their own private terraces with wonderful views and all have satellite television.

There are also storage rooms for linen and cleaning equipment in the accommodation area.
