Situation and Outside space

Situated in an idyllic picturesque location, access to the property is by way of a 0.8 km unmade road in very good condition.

This is an ideal holiday location just a short drive from the village Colmenar, 30 minutes from the coast and 40 minutes from Malaga airport.

The property consists of three separate casitas each with their own private terrace/seating areas from which the spectacular views can be enjoyed. Parking is available outside each casita and there is also a further parking area opposite the property.

Current rental rates range from £35 per casita per night in low season to £145 per night for all three in high season.

The property could easily be used in a number of different ways. For instance, the new owners might choose to live in one of the casitas whilst renting the other two as holiday accommodation. It would also be possible to convert the three casitas into one large country house

The stunning far reaching views from the property take in the rolling countryside with its grapevines and olive trees and the magnificent mountains beyond and really enhance the wonderful relaxing ambience of this truly beautiful location.

The pool area is opposite the property and it is tiled all round with a shaded seating area at one end. This is a lovely and very private area in which to relax and enjoy the sunshine whist admiring the glorious views.
