Situation and Outside space
Situated in a tranquil location close to the villages of Archez and Canillas de Albaida, access to this property is via a 1 km unmade road which leads directly to the gated entrance, tree lined concrete driveway and natural stone parking area.
The exceptional open views from this property take in the majestic mountains, the beautiful landscape, the village of Competa in the distance and the Mediterranean Sea and coastline. Located right on the boundary of the national park, there is direct access to the dramatic countryside which is ideal for walking.
Next to the driveway there is a well tended garden with mature plants, trees and shrubs and the parking area is edged with attractive brick built archways and pretty raised flower beds.
Extending the full length of the front of the house is a large terrace which has a pergola over offering much needed shade from a number of mature climbing plants.
A covered terrace (2.5m x 2.5m) is located to one side of the house and here there is also a handy utility room with plumbing for a washing machine.
From the parking area, stairs lead up to the roof terrace which currently houses the solar panels for the hot water system and to the rear of the house there is a useful utility/storage area.

The main entrance to the house is from the main terrace and into the sun room which the current owners use as a dining area.
