Situation and Outside space
Situated in an elevated location in the picturesque countryside above the village of Canillas de Albaida, the easy access to this property is from the main road via a short stretch of unmade road which leads to the concrete driveway and parking area.

The main entrance to the house is from the walled terrace and into the lovely spacious living room which has a log burning stove and patio doors opening out to the sun terrace.
Adjoining the living area is a small hallway where there is a storage cupboard and an archway giving access to a useful utility room (2.2m x 2.1m).
Adjacent to the utility room is the family bathroom (3.1m x 1.8m) which has a bath with a shower over and a separate shower.
