Situation
This property can be found in an area known as Fogerate which is in the hills above the white village of Canillas de Albaida. It takes less than 20 minutes to drive from Competa and about 10 minutes from Canillas.
The elevated position means that there are glorious views and on a clear day it is possible to see the North African Riff Mountains. It is a really quiet and peaceful spot with little to disturb your tranquillity.
Outside space
This villa has great outside space and it’s easy to see how this would extend your living space for most of the year. There are areas providing shade and sun, for relaxing, sunbathing or for outdoor eating. The key features to be found outside are as follows:

From the living room, attractive tiled stairs lead down to the guest apartment which could easily be used as a permanent part of the main house. It has the following accommodation:
