Situation and Outside space
Situated in a peaceful, rural location near the village of Canillas de Albaida, access to the house is by way of a 0.3 km unmade road from the main road. The concrete driveway leads directly to the parking area.
A real feature of this lovely property is the fantastic covered porch directly outside the patio doors which lead out from the living area. This great space has a wooden roof and ceiling and wooden decking – the perfect place from which to enjoy the wonderful views.
There is a garden area in front of the covered porch and there are lots of mature plants and trees spread around the land.
Living space
The main entrance to the house is via a small porch and into the entrance hall (1.3m x 1.2m).
The entire house is wood panelled throughout with laminate wood flooring and wooden ceilings giving it a really welcoming, comfortable feel. Flat panel radiators have been installed in every room making the house warm and cosy.
The entrance hall leads into the gorgeous living/dining area which has a log burning stove in the centre of the room. Wide patio doors give access out to the covered porch and allow the stunning vista to be enjoyed from the living area.
All of the remaining rooms are accessed from the living/dining area and an archway leads into the fully tiled, fully fitted kitchen.
Doors from the living/dining area lead to the following accommodation:
