The gated entrance to the property leads to a gravelled parking/turning area and there is also further parking and a car port adjacent to this area.

To the front of the property there is a shaded terrace/seating area (37m² approx) with lovely Moorish style arches. This leads out to a extensive terraced area with beautiful mature, planted raised beds and attractive white balustrades. The views from villa are magnificent and take in the mountains and the glorious surrounding countryside which includes an abundance of olive and almond trees as well as grapevines.

Steps lead from the terrace to the lovely paved and gravelled pool area. The views from the pool area are as spectacular as from the terrace and there is lots of space for enjoying the temperate climate with friends and family. There is also an outside shower.

Behind the house there is a further walled terrace area and a useful shed (2.4m x 3.6m).
