The accommodation is arranged as follows:

On the ground floor:
The front door takes you into a reception room (12.5m²) which could also be used as a dining room as it adjoins the kitchen. On the first floor:
Three steps take you to the second bedroom (9.2m²) then the stairs continue up to the first floor where there is a third bedroom (9.4m²) and a large living space (22m²). This room requires renovation but would make a delightful living room. It has a small balcony on one side and a door out onto the small but private roof terrace on the other. From here there are views over the village and down to the Mediterranean sea .

Currently accessed from two streets but not from the house itself is the original old bodega and animal house. It comprises five rooms on two different levels all of which need renovation but which have great potential to create the kind of accommodation you need.
