The spacious roof terrace is shared between the two apartments and can be subdivided into two private areas.

Here on the roof terrace there will be a building to house the heat pumps and solar panels for the under floor central heating / air conditioning. The solar heating system will consist of two panels for each apartment, together with a heat pump and accumulation tank. It is being installed using high quality Danish products by an experienced and professional company which has been operating locally since 1992. A full maintenance contract can be drawn up either with the suppliers or the management company (see below)

The present owner/developer has full title deeds to the property which will be divided accordingly for the two apartments so that each will have its own title deeds drawn up in the name of the purchaser once the development is complete.

Because the building has been designed with common areas (the entrance, stairs and roof terrace) it will be necessary to make arrangements for maintenance. This can be arranged with no problem through a local management company.

Completion of the building works
The apartment is being completed to 80% of the build allowing you the buyer to complete the interior to your design and choices. The bathroom and the kitchen will not be fitted nor will floor and wall tiles, this means that you will not be making a compromise on tiles that you may not like. Please note that it will be possible to employ the same builder to quote for and to complete the work if you wish.
