Situation and Outside space
This villa is situated near the village of Canillas de Aceituno and is an easy drive from the coast at Torre del Mar. Access is directly from the main road to the parking area adjacent to the property.
To the front of the property there is a superb secluded walled terrace/seating area which is elevated at one end and has a number of pretty raised flower beds.
Directly outside the main entrance to the villa there is a covered terrace/seating area (11.0m x 2.0m) with attractive arches – the perfect place for enjoying the year round temperate climate of this region.

Natural stone steps lead down from the villa to the established gardens which comprise many mature plants and trees and a variety of fruit trees including orange, lemon, lime, mango and avocado.
The land to the rear of the villa has been partly terraced and the views from the property are truly amazing with the glorious countryside extending as far as the eye can see.
Living space
The main entrance to the villa is via the covered terrace/seating area and into the beautiful light and airy living area which has air conditioning, two ceiling fans and a log burning stove.
Patio doors lead out from the living area to the stunning sun terrace (8.0m x 5.0m) which is part-glazed and has attractive sun blinds. The magnificent views can be enjoyed from here.
From the living area an archway gives access to a hallway and the spacious fully fitted kitchen which has lovely wood units and marvellous far reaching views from the window.
Adjacent to the kitchen there is a useful utility area (2.6m x 1.1m) with plumbing for a washing machine and this leads into the large dining area which benefits from a log burning stove. This room could easily be used as a fourth bedroom.
