Situation
The house is in the heart of Algarrobo village with its many amenities all close by. It is possible to drive a small car right to the house, in which case the garage is a great advantage. Of course you can always use a scooter or quad bike as many of the locals do. Otherwise there is ample parking just a couple of minutes walk away.

The house is in the upper part of the village so there are lovely views from the terraces on the first and second floors. You can look down on the village, the beautiful park which is full of stunning jacaranda blossom in early summer, the village swimming pool and out to the sea and mountains.

Algarobbo is just a couple of minutes from the motorway and the coast road but is also an ideal base for exploring the inland white villages of the Axarquia region.

Outside space

There are three terraces to chose from – one on the ground floor off the reception room (5m²), one on the first floor (20m²) and a roof terrace (10m²). You can choose the one that suits you best depending on whether you need sun or shade.

On the lower ground floor is a walled patio and garden (47m² approx) which is a delightful spot to sit and relax. The garden has a nispero tree and a grafted citrus which bears oranges, limes and lemons in profusion.

The house

The internal accommodation is arranged as follows:

On the ground floor:

• front door into the reception room with sliding doors to the smallest terrace
• bathroom with shower
• door to the garage which has a tiled floor, a window and a sink unit with worktop and cupboards. It would be possible to convert this space to additional living accommodation with its own entrance from the street outside.

On the lower ground floor:

• a most attractive modern dining kitchen, newly fitted with beech effect units and furnishings
• arch to hallway and a further bathroom
• door to the garden, to the separate main living room and door to vestibule opening to two bedrooms (10.7m² and 6.7m²)

On the first floor:
