The impressive entrance to this property has a high white brick built wall and double doors which open out onto the wonderful walled, courtyard style gardens which are full of mature plants and trees.
The guest house is adjacent to the main entrance to the property and there is also a separate storage room (2.2m x 2.2m).
From here, tiled and gravelled steps flanked by two stunning olive trees lead through the gardens to a large terrace/seating area (8.0m x 6.0m) next to the pool.
More steps lead from here to a covered terrace/seating area (8.0m x 2.5m) which extends the full length of the front of the house and overlooks the gardens and pool area.
A tiled path leads to the rear of the property. There is a useful utility room (2.2m x 1.2m) with plumbing for a washing machine to the side of the house.
To the rear of the house, a secluded walled terrace/seating area (8.0m x 3.0m) affords glorious views of the mountains.
Living space
The main entrance to the house is via the rear terrace and into the living area which has a log burning stove and a ceiling fan.
