| The house is ideally situated just off the road from Archez to Salares and yet really private with no other houses overlooking the property. The views are panoramic – you can see the white villages of Archez, Canillas de Albaida and Competa tumbling down the distant hillsides and also the Mediterranean Sea . The Natural Park boundary is just behind the house and so this is wonderful walking country rich in wildlife.
The drive leads to a large parking area and then to gravelled areas all around the house. There is a good size covered terrace to the front of the house and another to the side which is accessible from the kitchen so there is plenty of space for eating outside and relaxing. There is a new 8 x 4m swimming pool. By the pool is a feature tiled area with an attractive circular pergola to provide shade.

The spacious living/dining room is light and airy with two sets of double doors opening onto the terrace. The stunning kitchen is fully fitted with a range of high quality Italian units and appliances in soft white and brushed stainless steel.
The three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite) lead off the hallway. The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes and both bathrooms are good sizes. All rooms in the house, with the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms, have air conditioning units which also provide heating in the winter.
